Beauty Gift Guide: £15 - £35

It's time for part 2 of my beauty gift guide! Catch up on Part 1: Luxury Beauty here if you haven't already, and lets get started.

Beauty Gift Guide

Starting with body care, Soap and Glory always do amazing gift sets in this price range. I think my favourite this year has to be the Poptastic (£18) as the box it comes in as so cute, and is a gift in it's own right. I love it when packaging is good enough to be used once the products have been finished up. So this set contains 6 of their best-selling products: Clean On Me shower gel, Hand Food hand cream, The Scrub Of Your Life body scrub, The Righteous Butter body butter, Heel Genius foot cream and the original pink body spray. Amazing value for money, and would be a great gift for people of any age, plus it's included in the Boots 3 for 2 so you can save even more.

I think Sanctuary Spa is a fail-safe gift for any slightly older woman, Aunt, Mum, Gran, the woman from your office who you don't know well enough to go for a funny secret Santa gift; everyone loves a pamper and Sanctuary is just inoffensive. I really like the Decadent Delights Vanity Bag (£25) as not only is the packaging usable (and really cute) but the products are universal. There are two body washes, a body butter and a body scrub, all of which are products that most people use fairly regularly. You know they will use all (if not most) of the products and with Sanctuary good quality is guaranteed, win win.

There are some amazing makeup sets in the £15 - £35 price bracket, including the Nars Killer Heels Mini Lipstick Set (£29). With 8.5g of product (worth £50 in full-size terms), this set is a real steal! It gives the chance to try out multiple shades and would be perfect for a Nars newbie. All the shades are fairly universal, with a couple of festive reds, so there is nothing not to like. But if you are looking for a truly luxe present, a full-size high end lipstick will always go down a treat. I received a Bobbi Brown Lipstick in Roseberry in a secret Santa last year and was completely blown away. It shows you know them and the kinds of shades they wear (you can always bring in a photo and shop assistants are usually really good at helping to pick a similar shade) and it is great for women who don't like to spend too much on themselves. Nars, Charlotte Tilbury and Chanel are also great brands for this as they feel very luxe.

The final makeup set is one I may have already purchased for myself, (fingers crossed that it arrives tomorrow) as it is just too stunning. The Becca Glow on The Go set (£20) contains a mini Opal highlighting powder and a mini liquid version. I have heard nothing but rave reviews aboout the Shimmering Skin Perfectors and if they live up to the hype, this will be an amazing gift for any beauty lover.

Clarins is another brand I haven't really tried much from, but  there Christmas gift sets have really impressed me this year. The Beauty and Radiance Beauty Essentials Set (£29) has all bases covered, from the much raved about Beauty Flash Balm to a beautiful pink Lip Perfector. This lovely little kit has everything needed for a radiant and natural look. However the best do-it-all gift set has got to go to the Ren Grab and Go Travel Kit  (£20) which contains all the skincare, hair care and body care you would need to take travelling. For 8 fairly decent sized products I think this is an absolute steal and would be perfect for any jet-setter, as it even comes in an aeroplane friendly bag!

Books always made a lovely Christmas gift, but if like me, your aren't much of a reader, beauty books are the way to go. A couple of my personal favourites are Jemma Kid Makeup Secrets (£25) and Sali Hughes Pretty Honest (£14.96). The former is a large, coffee table book, filled with gorgeous pictures and every makeup tip under the sun. The latter is more of a 'ready' book (if you get me) but it's so interesting you'll forget that you don't like reading as soon as you flip the first page. With Sali Hughes' brutal honesty, you know you can trust her opinions and recommendations, and although every chapter might not be for everyone, I think anyone from late teens onwards will really learn something from this book.

Going slightly off the beauty side here, but there were just a couple of bits I couldn't not mention. Firstly, the Oliver Bonas Alphabet Wash Bags (£19.50) are possibly the most universal yet stylish gift ever as everyone will love it and use it. They are a decent size and would make a lovely gift on their own or filled with products. And finally the Stoneglow White Tea and Wisteria Diffuser (£19). I currently have this one in my bathroom and it smells divine. It fills the whole room up without being overpowering and I personally think you can't go wrong with a diffuser. I know candles are always huge this time of year, but as so many people never light them, I think a diffuser is a safer bet. This one looks stunning up on a shelf and seems to be lasting forever.

Hope you enjoyed my £15 - £35 gift guide and make you sure check back on Sunday for my £15 and under guide. If you missed my luxe beauty post you can catch up on it here, or follow me on Bloglovin here so you don't miss the third and final instalment.
